The Regional Optimization Lead supports the delivery of the commercial optimization agenda across the shipping fleet, coordinating strategy into effective execution with a strong focus on live earnings and voyage performance.
This role works closely with multiple teams including Chartering, Operations, Performance, Claims, Bunkers, and Analytics to drive optimization practices and embed continuous improvement across the fleet.

Must-have
Live voyage earnings and PnL monitoring
Routing and speed management
Fuel consumption and bunker intake optimization
Commercial claims and off-hire tracking
Use of commercial voyage management systems
Coordination with chartering and operations teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with LNG or gas-fueled tanker operations
Strong influencing and partner leadership skills
Familiarity with vessel performance technologies
Knowledge of compliance and risk management
Contract and charter party optimization
Data-driven decision making using dashboards
Key Requirements
Experience in commercial shipping or voyage operations
Hands-on exposure to live voyage management
Experience using IMOS or similar voyage management systems
Sea-going Mariner senior level or recent commercial shipping background
Experience with tanker charter parties and freight terms
