Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing comprehensive training services to line managers and staff in Renewable Generation, including planning, organizing, and delivering training analysis and programs to ensure continuous development of staff competence and capability.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for power plant staff on operational procedures, safety, and best practices.
  • Ensure training activities comply with all relevant regulations, policies, health and safety directives, and maintain necessary technical certifications.

Key Requirements

  • 4 years of university training in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Adult education or similar fields
  • Over 6 years of experience in thermal/hydroelectric plant operations and training program design, development, delivery, and evaluation
  • Willingness and ability to travel to remote areas (approximately 35% travel required)
  • Candidates pursuing or that hold a 2nd class or 1st class Operating Engineer Certificate are highly desirable
