Job Summary

  • This job supports assigned departments by performing a variety of clerical tasks such as typing, sorting, filing, photocopying, maintaining calendars, booking travel, meeting arrangements/minutes, submitting expense reports and ordering supplies.
  • Creates documents such as memos and other correspondence and generates reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software as needed.
  • Serves as a point of contact for the department answering calls, relaying messages, and escalating issues to the appropriate person/group.
