Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required or Seven (7) plus years of direct experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in closely related field
  • 3-5 years of previous leadership experience
  • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure preferred
  • EMT - Emergency Medical Tech preferred
  • LP - Licensed Paramedic preferred
  • PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
