Pall Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Operations for North America and Energy+, responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and driving process improvements in a high-tech filtration company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi-site operations, lean environments, and digital manufacturing

Job Summary

  • The Vice President of Operations, North America and Energy+ is responsible for manufacturing operations in North America for all Pall business units (excluding Aerospace) and global manufacturing operations for Pall’s Energy+ business unit.
  • The successful incumbent will work with the sites to drive effective and sustainable processes around Safety, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, DBS, Supply Chain, Design Transfer, Manufacturing Engineering, and Associate Engagement.
  • This role has an onsite work arrangement and requires the ability to travel for 50%+ to both domestic and international locations.

  • Strong grasp of digital manufacturing/automation
  • Experience leading manufacturing and supporting new product development
  • Bachelor’s in engineering, Operations, or Business required
