Key Requirements
8-13 years in Release Engineering or DevOps
2+ years in a lead capacity
AWS services and infrastructure automation experience
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Expertise in Git and branching strategies
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch)
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Knowledge of blue-green deployments, canary releases, feature toggles
