Job Summary

The role involves strengthening Ferring’s employer brand in Japan through targeted sourcing strategies, external partnerships, and representing the company at recruitment events and universities.
You will collaborate with APAC and Global Talent Acquisition teams to align on standards, tools, and best practices while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
