This role is responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, and directing of social service programs to meet the medically related emotional and social needs of residents.
The incumbent must assist residents in achieving independence and well-being while coordinating social services with other departments and community agencies.
Employees are required to maintain strict confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected incidents of fraud or unauthorized disclosure.

Key Requirements
