Must-have

  • BS in Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years Engineering/Program Management experience
  • Sustainability or Carbon Emissions reduction expertise
  • Life Cycle Assessment baseline development
  • Ecolabel program management (EPEAT, Energy Star)
  • Cross-functional team leadership with suppliers

Nice-to-have

  • MS in Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years Engineering/Program Management experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience leading medium cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently in uncertain environments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Key Requirements

  • BS degree required with 8+ years experience OR MS with 5+ years
