Job Summary

  • Provides clinical assessment, behavioral health treatment, case management, care coordination, and crisis intervention for children, adolescents and their families across all professional and clinical settings.
  • Assists in developing specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and objectives, and accurately assesses and documents client presenting problems, history, symptomology, mental status, and diagnosis.
  • Coordinates client care with other service providers and community resources to assure continuity of care and completes clinical charting and other related administrative paperwork in accordance with policy standards.
