Job Summary

  • Lead the establishment of a centralized service level agreement (SLA) management organization/capability for traditional IT and mission system hardware across multiple locations.
  • Minimize costs of SLAs and maintenance agreements through supply chain optimization and alignment with operational/financial goals.
  • Act as the primary customer interface for all SLA-related matters, including leading working groups with external stakeholders on service performance and supply chain coordination.
