Job Summary

  • Serve as primary MEP engineering consultant to facilities management clients across Taiwan, providing technical guidance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Manage MEP operations across multiple client sites to meet KPIs and SLA targets, overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs for all MEP systems.
  • Develop and manage MEP budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and oversee fire safety systems maintenance and regulatory compliance.
