  • Take operational ownership of the preparation, creation, management, and tracking of customer contracts, ensuring they meet all legal requirements.
  • Help drive the standardization and simplification of contract management activities by embedding and improving the use of digital tools such as CLM Docusign.
  • Supervise contract compliance and performance, providing insights and reports to key partners and using data and analytics to identify risks and opportunities.
