Must-have
Ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance
Identifying and addressing health and safety issues
Liaising with contractors
Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards
Understanding of residential aged care regulatory frameworks
Nice-to-have
Compassionate and flexible approach to resident care
Previous experience in Aged Care or hotel environment
Proficient computer skills and maintenance system experience
Experience managing contractors and site inductions
Understanding of HVAC systems and essential services
Key Requirements
Trade-based qualifications preferred
More than 3 years of commercial maintenance experience
Current Police Record Check required
Evidence of obtaining trade qualifications or experience
