Base: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive pay based upon performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience
6+ years of instructional design experience
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Vyond, or similar
Experience working in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Familiarity with FAA regulations
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
