Job Summary

• The Nurse Tech performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and appropriate patient care (personal hygiene, linen changes, assists with meals, elimination).
• Adheres to standards of nursing and the policies and procedures set forth by the institution in an effort to enhance the quality and efficiency of hospital nursing services.
