The position requires guiding the team in understanding Agile frameworks while resolving conflicts and removing impediments to ensure timely progress.
Candidates will support scaling Agile by engaging in cross-team ceremonies and Program Increment planning to align activities with Agile Release Train objectives.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
Facilitate agile events including stand-ups
Guide teams through Agile frameworks

Passion for applying technology to real-world impact
Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluency in English communication

Key Requirements
Master's degree in CS/Engineering with 1-3 years experience OR Bachelor's with 3-5 years
Mandatory Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master certification
Minimum 8+ years experience if holding only a Diploma
Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
