Job Summary

  • The ED Access Supervisor assumes management responsibility during the absence of the manager including educating staff on payer requirements and government rules and regulations required for compliance and customer service.
  • The Access Supervisor also performs regular audits to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance and provides reports of findings, and works with the administrative team to develop corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field PLUS three (3) years of registration and/or billing experience
  • High School Diploma/GED PLUS seven (7) years of registration and/or billing experience
  • three (3) years of experience in a healthcare environment
  • Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • CHAA Certification
