As Productiemanager, you will be responsible for the production activities within fill & finish, including visual inspection, label & pack, leading a team of approximately 15 FTE in a 2-shift system.
You will ensure processes comply with cGMP, safety, and quality standards, while also driving LEAN initiatives and process improvements to optimize KPIs like OEE and Right First Time.

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
