Salary
Base: $188,000 - $282,000 CAD (Vancouver); Base: $128,000 - $192,000 CAD (Other CAN locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years applied machine learning experience
2+ years PyTorch or TensorFlow experience
3+ years hosting ML models in production
2+ years Large Language Models (LLMs) experience
3+ years cloud computing platforms AWS GCP
Nice-to-have
Experience with graph neural network models
Strong background in statistical analysis
Proven track record of team leadership
Deep understanding of NLP algorithms
Ability to solve ambiguous open-ended problems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or equivalent
Master's or PhD preferred
Proven track record of leading and mentoring ML Engineering teams
