• 3+ years process/manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience in metal forming manufacturing environment
• Aerospace industry experience preferred
• Training in Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Tools preferred
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 or AS9100 quality standards preferred
• Working knowledge of CAD software preferred
