Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to support systems and drive execution of programs to effectively maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security regulations.
You will participate in cross-functional teams to continuously achieve a work environment that is safe and environmentally friendly while assisting the EHSS Manager with government agencies and customers.
This role requires championing EHSS excellence by promoting associate safety engagement through safety committees, behavioral based safety initiatives, and incident investigations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
1-3 years EHSS experience with associate's degree
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Experience conducting internal and external audits
Ability to manage corrective and preventive actions
Nice-to-have
OHST certification preferred
First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
Conversational English skills
Experience with emergency response teams
Positive can-do attitude in high-energy environments
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in environmental, natural, or equivalent science/engineering technology
Associate's degree plus 1-3 years of experience OR OHST certification with 3 years experience
Experience managing Level 2 incidents and coordinating contractors
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
