Must-have
5+ years ECU product development experience
Mechanical DFMEA analysis expertise
AIAG-VDA DFMEA methodology proficiency
Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree
Cross-functional team leadership skills
Nice-to-have
Master of Science in Engineering preferred
Experience with Teamcenter and NX CAD tools
Knowledge of ISO-26262 functional safety standards
Familiarity with machine learning simulation methods
Ability to mentor junior engineers globally
Key Requirements
5+ years engineering experience with ECUs
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace Engineering
Proven track record in mechanical design and validation
Demonstrated project management of complex technical projects
