Job Summary

  • To provide maintenance services and supervision to maintenance staff at a large multi-use professional, and retail or residential complex.
  • Practices and implements conduct in accordance with established policies and procedures and division motto of "Exceptional Service is Our Standard."
  • Responds to and assigns as needed after-hour's emergency calls and may be required to report back to the property after hours, if needed.
