Job Summary
No prior RN dialysis experience required; 12 weeks of paid & structured training with an assigned Preceptor & Nurse Educator.
This position is accountable for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for assigned patients including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Up to $4,400 tuition reimbursement per calendar year is offered to support ongoing education.

Provision of hemodialysis therapy
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Medication administration and documentation

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
Current state RN licensure
CPR BLS Certification
Minimum 9 months RN experience for supervisory roles
Minimum 3 months chronic/acute hemodialysis RN experience for supervisory roles
Entry level for RNs with less than 2 years nephrology nursing experience
