Job Summary
The Regional Clinical Development Manager leads the management of Clinical Specialists and 1099 contractors to ensure tactical execution of clinical objectives.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive clinical education to sales teams, surgeons, and OR staff to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
The position requires close collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D departments to support new product development and ensure clinical input.
