  • Lead shopfloor associates in safety, Quality, and Cost driven performance at PSE department, monitoring shift results to KPI targets and reacting quickly to deviations.
  • Manage all production and personnel activities in the department on shift, including training, corrective actions, performance appraisals, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop future manufacturing strategies, provide input on production flow, and ensure adherence to quality standards and process documentation.
