Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing and participating in stand set-up and closing procedures.
Ensures that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked, orders replacement stock, and efficiently completes required paperwork.
Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions to fill in as needed.

Key Requirements
2-4 years experience in fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering
High School Diploma, some college preferred
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
