Key responsibilities include providing timely and accurate professional support to customers under company policy, effectively utilizing resources for customer visits, and planning/organizing academic conferences or events.
The role requires collecting, analyzing, and feeding back market and customer information through company management systems and other compliant channels, while also maintaining effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners to identify and promote cooperation opportunities.
