This newly created senior role offers the opportunity to build Essity's Community & Homecare route to market from the ground up across Australia and New Zealand.
You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and growing referral pathways with hospitals, PHNs, aged care providers, and local councils while managing the full sales lifecycle.
The position requires a commercially minded relationship builder who can navigate complex funding models including NDIS, CHSP, and DVA to drive sustainable growth.

Must-have
3+ years Business Development experience
NDIS pricing and categories knowledge
CHSP and Home Care Package funding understanding
Referral pathway development in aged care
Tender and panel management experience
Valid driver's license and own car

Strong clinical awareness and integrity
Data-driven pipeline management approach
Ability to mentor team members
Flexibility for eastern seaboard locations
Key Requirements
3+ years experience in Home Care or Aged Care
Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
Valid driver's license and access to a car
Proven success with tenders and brokered services
Understanding of healthcare referral ecosystems
