  • This role leads, develops, and oversees a team of professionals who design and maintain frameworks, policies, standards, and provide oversight, expert policy and regulatory guidance, and advice related to TD’s Sanctions and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance programs.
  • Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required.
  • Oversees and leads a highly complex, and/or diverse function for an area of significant risk, or scope.
