Job Summary

• Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI systems for the Decisioning practice, turning measurement intelligence into automated, client-facing workflows.
• Own the strategic vision and technical direction for Dentsu’s agentic AI platform, including LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation, leading a team of seven.
• Partner with Data Science and Data Architecture to transform Decisioning’s capabilities into meaningful client value through AI-enhanced data products and client experiences.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML
