  • Provides direction to the sales management team, supports the team with resources and conflict resolution, and coordinates sales efforts with the Vice President of Marketing.
  • Participates in performance management, coaching, recruiting, and selection of the sales workforce, overseeing the customer sales experience and proactively responding to customer concerns.
