Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and hold MLT (ASCP) certification.

Key Requirements
Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
MLT (ASCP) Board Certification required
6 months to 1 year MLT experience
Recent Blood Banking experience within 3 years if scheduled
Must obtain registration within 1 year of employment
