Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years Business Analyst experience in Claims or Insurance
Proven delivery of AI/GenAI automation solutions in production
Deep understanding of Claims workflows including FNOL and coverage
Strong Agile delivery experience with backlog management and UAT
Experience working with cross-functional global teams
Nice-to-have
Exposure to LLM-based solutions and prompt workflows
Familiarity with OneClaim or core claims platforms
Knowledge of model governance and regulatory controls
Background in process re-engineering and operating model design
Working knowledge of data concepts like metadata and lineage
