Base: $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements; Benefits: Health Care, Retirement, Paid Time Off, Tuition Assistance

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience OR Master's with 5+ years
2+ years supporting system-level testing or complex mechanical systems
1+ year leading cross-functional technical initiatives
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering preferred
