Job Summary

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by understanding, anticipating, and satisfying customer needs to inspire innovation, accelerate success, and grow revenue.
  • Identify and develop board design guidelines and collateral, collaborating with various engineering teams to review development kit rollout plans.
  • Provide best-in-class technical support to resolve board design related issues escalated to the Factory, representing the customer voice to improve quality and usability.
