  • This role requires an advanced understanding of all building trades and systems, not limited to floor plans but encompassing mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), clean room specifications, and facility infrastructure documentation.

Salary

Base: 110,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: 10% annual salary bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BricsCAD and AutoCAD 2023 proficiency
  • Database administration for Yorktown facility
  • Advanced understanding of building trades and systems
  • MEP, clean room, and facility infrastructure documentation
  • CAD file management systems and drawing libraries

Key Requirements
