You will be accountable for delivery across the scams complaints and resolution journey, working closely with Product Managers, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Fraud (GFMS) and Customer Service teams across the Group

Job Summary

  • You will be accountable for delivery across the scams complaints and resolution journey, working closely with Product Managers, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Fraud (GFMS) and Customer Service teams across the Group.
  • Support implementation of the ACMA Scam Prevention Framework and AFCA Receiving Bank Rule, establish day 1 controls and playbooks, while shaping a sustainable mid-term operating model aligned to industry direction.
  • Reduce customer friction and rework while strengthening defensibility, fairness and loss outcomes and translate regulatory, policy and industry requirements into clear guidelines and SOPs.
