The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Bay Area Pilot Manufacturing Facility.
This role requires serving as the primary liaison with the building landlord while ensuring all lease obligations and financial reconciliations are met.
The ideal candidate will develop preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, and security systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
