Key Requirements

  • Current RN, LPN, CMA, Radiology Tech, Lab Tech, Surgical Tech or Mental Health Therapist license
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, or health administration
  • Two years' experience in a clinic/physician office
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Mandatory Reporter abuse training
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, office management programs)
  • Experience with CPT codes, billing and collection practices
  • Financial background including budget preparation
  • Extensive quality assurance background
