5 years Lead DCS Operations Experience
Steam Methane Reformer plant operation
Yokogawa Centum VP or Siemens PCS 7 proficiency
Safety work permits and LOTO enforcement
Emergency operating procedures execution

Strong problem solving and diagnostic abilities
Customer communication at board level
Process optimization and de-bottlenecking
Team coaching and motivation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Chemical Process Operations preferred
Minimum 10 years experience (or Associate Degree with equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years Lead DCS Operations Experience in SMR based plants
Proficiency with DCS platforms like Yokogawa Centum VP or Siemens PCS 7
