Job Summary

  • Job Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the platform/business unit to ensure smooth execution of operational activities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve user activity, transaction volume, customer experience, and overall business performance
  • Work closely with BD, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure business objectives are aligned and executed effectively
