Job Summary

• Works closely with the Director of Recruitment and Outreach to achieve graduate admission goals, with a primary emphasis on prospect relationship management, recruitment funnel advancement, and yield optimization.
• The position also holds significant responsibility for managing assigned prospect pipelines and supporting applicants through the admissions process, ensuring timely communication, accurate tracking in customer relationship management systems, and alignment with recruitment goals.
• Additionally, the role focuses on continuous pipeline development, recruitment events, program visibility, and content development, including planning and executing prospect and progress recruitment events and programming.
