Formulate and manage short- and long-term HRIS implementation plans, manage day-to-day HR systems and data integration, troubleshoot system issues, etc. as part of the HRIS function.
Review, design, test and implement HRIS-related solutions (e.g. SAP HRIS, talent portal, HR dashboard, e-recruitment, etc.) to drive HR strategic and operational effectiveness.
Lead and manage country-wide HRIS projects to enhance existing system needs (e.g. new system implementation, HR system upgrades, standardization to global requirements, etc.).
