The NextGen Coordinator will equip the ministry for rapid growth by supporting volunteers, serving families, and collaborating with campus and central teams in a multisite church setting.
This part-time role requires a proactive, organized, and relational individual who can handle change gracefully and is passionate about serving children and their families.

Mandated volunteer training and screening compliance
