The Document Controller is responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires liaising with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of project documents.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in MS Office and electronic document management systems like Aconex.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-4 years document control experience
EDMS systems proficiency Aconex preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
English and Vietnamese language proficiency
Version control and filing standards knowledge

Experience in construction or real estate

Key Requirements
