Base: $90,000 - $130,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, PTO, Paid Parental Leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years HR or operations leadership experience
Multi-site location field support experience
Hourly and salary workforce strategy implementation
Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace proficiency
Employee relations investigation and resolution skills
Nice-to-have
Bilingual English and Spanish capabilities
Experience with acquisitions integration support
Strong facilitation and project management skills
Ability to work evening and weekend hours
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Must be located in Missouri or Oklahoma
Prior experience creating people strategies for hourly/salary workforce
