  • 10 years IT service management experience
  • 5 years leadership role in ITSM
  • DoD 8140 foundational qualification pathway
  • Service Level Agreement development and management
  • Service Portfolio Management framework establishment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with FINOPS and tool rate standardization
  • ITIL v4 certification or equivalent credential
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM platforms
  • PMP or SAFe certification
  • Experience supporting NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS environments
  • Motivation by mission impact and national security outcomes

Key Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years experience OR Master's plus 6 years
  • Minimum 10 years IT service management experience
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • DoD 8140 baseline certification or equivalent training
  • US Citizenship required for TS/SCI clearance
