  • This role requires managing daily site checks on electrical, mechanical, and architectural installations alongside planning energy-saving measures and environmental initiatives.
  • Candidates must provide 24-hour emergency call-out coverage and coordinate staff and vendor responses to incidents while maintaining strict health and safety compliance.
